Notice of Temporary Restricted Areas (TRAs)

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has notified the establishment of Temporary Restricted Areas (TRAs) over parts of Singapore during NDP rehearsals and the actual parade. The TRAs will encompass the Padang vicinity and different parts of Singapore, including heartland locations, and will extend from ground level to 2,500 feet above mean sea level.

The public are advised not to be alarmed by the heightened aerial activities and adhere to the Temporary Restricted Areas (TRAs). The conduct of all aerial activities is strictly prohibited when the TRA is in force, in addition to the existing restrictions, unless the required permits have been obtained from CAAS. The effectivities and boundaries of the TRAs are listed below, also available on CAAS’s website. Existing restrictions on conduct of aerial activities are available on OneMap.

Road Closure Advisory

Additionally, road closure advisories have been issued for 14 June (Combined Rehearsal 1), 21 June (Combined Rehearsal 2) and 28 June (NE Show 1). These road closure facilitates the transit of the mobile column as well as the parade contingent from their staging grounds. The latest road closure advisories can be retrieved via the official NDP website.

For NDP 2025, the public will also be able to witness the uncasing ceremony of the SAF Colours prior to their march to Padang. The ceremony will take place at an open area of the Marina Square, opposite the Esplanade, allowing members of the public to show their support to the contingents.
