In the lead up to National Day Parade (NDP) 2024, aerial activities will be rehearsed over the Padang and heartlands. The first internal rehearsal took place this afternoon, and included flying by the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) F-16 fighter jets, AH-64D, CH-47F and H225M helicopters.
Do keep a lookout for the upcoming rehearsals which will offer a glimpse of the air-land-sea display as part of the inaugural Total Defence 40 Dynamic Defence Display this year, as well as the traditional flag party.
The public are advised not to be alarmed by the heightened aerial activities and adhere to the Temporary Restricted Areas (TRAs). The conduct of all aerial activities is strictly prohibited when the TRA is in force, in addition to the existing restrictions, unless the required permits have been obtained from CAAS.
